Triumph Rocket 3 Trike!

By

on

Well known Chiang Mai Bike Shop owner Joe just finished His Latest Creation for a Customer. He is well known for Building Sidecars and Trikes and this one is a Ripper! He called in to Show Me on Thursday afternoon when he was out giving it a Shakedown Ride. And as You can imagine with 2300cc it is a Seriously FAST Trike! He flew as it took off up the Road! Really Impressive, I want One!!!

      Hi Robbie,
Joe is busy at this time of Year with Bike Tours but should be free after March? You can Try contacting Him here:
JOE CHIANG MAI BIKE E-mail Address: joes.bike.team@gmail.com
      Mobile Number: +66 810336937
He may be Hard to contact on His Mobile right now as some of the Tours go into Laos etc.
As per the Legal issues, You start with a Fully Legal Triumph Rocket 3 and just put the Trike Conversion onto it. So No need to change anything? Technically probably not 100% Legal as supposedly Side Cars are illegal in Thailand but there are thousands of them traveling around, and most are a Mechanical Death Trap? So I very much doubt You would ever have a Problem? This Kit is a Real Work of Art and I even considered one myself and did some research? This one seems to be the best compared with all the others I found! Full Independent Suspension, Inboard Suspension, Full Disc Brakes, Hand Brake and Reverse Gear. Beautiful. Good Luck.
      Cheers Ian.

The Cost depends on How much You can get a Rocket 3 For? A New One Costs around 1.3 Million Baht but a Good Second Hand one can be down to 500.000 Baht. I am told the Actual Trike Kit costs around another 500.000 Baht. Pretty Cool though! Good Luck.
      Cheers Ian.
